Blond Logic

Hi,

Originally from America, I now live in Brazil. My husband and I have bought a small farm in rural Brazil and are trying to live the good life. The weather in our part of the world is beautiful and it is amazing what waking to a daily dose of sunshine does to the soul.

Here on our farm we have 3 dogs, 2 goats, chickens and 10,000+ tilapia. With us living a rural life, I am learning to cook from scratch and often from things we have raised. This is rewarding and frustrating. I would classify myself as a farmer, gardener, chef, writer, and a wannabe rally driver.

I am learning Portuguese but often wonder if my brain is too old to retain the knowledge when half the time I can't find my car keys.

A saying that reflects my deepest thoughts would be:

I never met a cookie I didn't like.

Life is too short to be taken seriously.
